The Omnichannel File Status API provides detailed status information for your omnichannel files.
How it works
The Omnichannel File Status API returns a File Status that details when the files imported, how they were processed, and any processing errors.
To use the Omnichannel File Status API, you will need the following:
- A configured file import data source
- An API key from Tealium iQ Tag Management
The bearer token is used to authenticate all API calls and not the API key. The API key is only used in the authentication call.
