Try the [knowledge base](https://support.tealiumiq.com/en/support/solutions) or ask the AI assistant in the support portal. Many common questions are answered there. If you still need help, submit a ticket through the [Tealium support portal](https://support.tealiumiq.com/).

## Access the support portal

### Log in from within the Tealium platform

1. Sign in to the Tealium platform at [my.tealiumiq.com](https://my.tealiumiq.com/).

1. Select **Support Desk**.

The support portal opens and signs you in automatically.

### Log in from private cloud environments

If your organization uses a private cloud Tealium environment, the support portal SSO link from the Tealium UI may not be available or may behave differently. In that case, log in directly at [support.tealiumiq.com/en/support/login](https://support.tealiumiq.com/en/support/login) using your email address and support portal password. If you do not have a support portal password, use the **Forgot password** link on the login page to set one.

## Submit a support ticket

After you sign in to the support portal:

1. Select **Submit a ticket**.
1. Fill in the ticket form and select **Submit**.

Include the following details to help the support team troubleshoot and prioritize your request:

* **Clear description of the issue**: What is happening and what you expected instead.
* **Steps to reproduce**: Detailed actions leading to the issue, with screenshots or recordings if possible.
* **Error messages or codes**: Exact error text, logs, or browser console output.
* **Previous troubleshooting steps**: What you have tried and whether you checked existing help articles.
* **Environment details**: Your Tealium account and profile, the affected environment (dev, qa, prod), and whether you have granted the support team access to your Tealium account.
* **Impact and urgency**: How the issue affects your workflow and whether it blocks critical operations.
