LINE Connector Setup Guide
This article describes how to set up the LINE connector.
Requirements
- LINE Channel Access Token (Get started with the LINE Developers Messaging API.)

Configure Settings
Go to the Connector Marketplace and add a new LINE Connector. Read the Connector Overview article for general instructions on how to add a Connector.
To configure your vendor, follow these steps:

In the Configure tab, provide a title for the Connector instance.

Enter the channel access token that you set up with LINE for your account.

Provide additional notes about your implementation.
Action Settings - Parameters and Options
Click Next or go to the Actions tab. It’s where you’ll set up actions and trigger them.
This section describes how to set up parameters and options for each action.
Action - Push Message - Text
Parameters
- Contact ID (Required): This is the ID received from the Webhook that is configured in the Channel Console in LINE Business Center. When a user performs an action such as adding your account or sending a message, an HTTPS POST request is sent to the Webhook URL.
- Message Data (Required): The content of the message to send to the user. This field is limited to 2000 characters and supports unicode emoticons. This field also supports the Tealium templating engine.
- Template Variables (Optional): If using the templating engine, template variables will be used. These fields map Attributes to variable names that are used in the message data.
Action - Push Message - Image
Parameters
- Contact ID (Required): This is the ID received from the Webhook that is configured in the Channel Console in LINE Business Center. When a user performs an action such as adding your account or sending a message, an HTTPS POST request is sent to the Webhook URL.
- Original Content URL (Required): The URL of the image to send to the user. The URL must use HTTPS and should not exceed 1000 characters. The image must be a JPEG with a maximum dimension of 1024x1024 and a maximum size of 1 MB.
- Preview Image URL (Required): The URL of the preview image to send to the user. The URL must use HTTP and should not exceed 1000 characters. The image must be a JPEG with a maximum dimension of 240x240 and a maximum size of 1 MB.
Action - Push Message - Video
Parameters
- Contact ID (Required): This is the ID received from the Webhook that is configured in the Channel Console in LINE Business Center. When a user performs an action such as adding your account or sending a message, an HTTPS POST request is sent to the Webhook URL.
- Original Content URL (Required): The URL of the video to send to the user. The URL must use HTTPS and should not exceed 1000 characters. The video must be a MP4 with a maximum duration of 1 minute and a maximum size of 10 MB.
- Preview Image URL (Required): The URL of the preview image to send to the user. The URL must use HTTP and should not exceed 1000 characters. The image must be a JPEG with a maximum dimension of 240x240 and a maximum size of 1 MB.
Action - Push Message - Audio
Parameters
- Contact ID (Required): This is the ID received from the Webhook that is configured in the Channel Console in LINE Business Center. When a user performs an action such as adding your account or sending a message, an HTTPS POST request is sent to the Webhook URL.
- Original Content URL (Required): The URL of the audio to send to the user. The URL must use HTTPS and should not exceed 1000 characters. The audio must be a M4A with a maximum duration of 1 minute and a maximum size of 10 MB.
- Duration (Required): The length of the audio file in milliseconds.
Action - Push Message - Location
Parameters
- Contact ID (Required): This is the ID received from the Webhook that is configured in the Channel Console in LINE Business Center. When a user performs an action such as adding your account or sending a message, an HTTPS POST request is sent to the Webhook URL.
- Title (Required): The name of the location to send to the user.
- Address (Required): The address of the location to send to the user.
- Latitude (Required): The latitude of the location to send to the user.
- Longitude (Required): The longitude of the location to send to the user.
Action - Push Message - Sticker
Parameters
- Contact ID (Required): This is the ID received from the Webhook that is configured in the Channel Console in LINE Business Center. When a user performs an action such as adding your account or sending a message, an HTTPS POST request is sent to the Webhook URL.
- Package ID (Required): The ID of the package to which a sticker belongs.
- Sticker ID (Required): The ID of the sticker to send to the user
