Retently Connector Setup Guide

This article describes how to set up the Retently connector in your Customer Data Hub account.

Connector actions

Create or Update Customer

Configure settings

Navigate to the Connector Marketplace and add a new connector. For general instructions on how to add a connector, see the About Connectors article.

After adding the connector, configure the following settings:

  • API key: Your API key can be found in your Retently account under Settings.

Action settings - parameters and options

Click Next or go to the Actions tab. This is where you configure connector actions.

This section describes how to set up parameters and options for each action.

Action - Create or Update Customer

Parameters

Parameter Description
Email
First Name
  • First name of the customer.
Last Name
  • Last name of the customer.
Company
  • Company name assigned to the customer.
Tag
  • A tag to be assigned to the customer.

Action - Send Survey

Parameters

  • First name of the customer.

  • Last name of the customer.

Action - Unsubscribe Customer
