Data Connect usage reports

Data Connect usage reports contain the following usage summaries:

• Data Connect Records - Total records imported using Data Connect.
• Total Data Connect kb - Total size of records, in kilobytes, imported using Data Connect.
• Total Data Connect Tasks - Total count of tasks used for Workato recipes in Data Connect.

Monitor imported events and account task usage

Complete the following steps to download Data Connect usage reports:

1. Navigate to Analyze > Usage.
2. Select DataConnect Reports from the All Usage Reports drop-down list.
3. Click Get Report.

Monitor task usage in Data Connect

Complete the following steps to track tasks in Data Connect:

1. Navigate to Connect > Data Connect > Dashboard.
2. The Dashboard graph shows the number of recipes, successful and failed jobs, and tasks.
3. To display task usage from a specific time period, select the time range from the Period drop-down list. The default is 7 days.
