Data Connect usage reports contain the following usage summaries:

* **Data Connect Records** - Total records imported using Data Connect.
* **Total Data Connect kb** - Total size of records, in kilobytes, imported using Data Connect. 
* **Total Data Connect Tasks** - Total count of tasks used for Workato recipes in Data Connect. 

## Monitor imported events and account task usage

Complete the following steps to download Data Connect usage reports:

1. Navigate to **Analyze > Usage**.
1. Select **DataConnect Reports** from the **All Usage Reports** drop-down list.
1. Click **Get Report**.

## Monitor task usage in Data Connect

Complete the following steps to track tasks in Data Connect:

1. Navigate to **Connect > Data Connect > Dashboard**. 
1. The **Dashboard** graph shows the number of recipes, successful and failed jobs, and tasks.
1. To display task usage from a specific time period, select the time range from the **Period** drop-down list. The default is 7 days.
