Tealium AI Assistant

The Tealium AI Assistant currently provides answers to questions about configuring and using Tealium. Additional capabilities will be added in the future.

The AI Assistant is in Early Access and is only available to select customers. If you are interested in trying this feature, contact your Tealium Support representative.

How it works

Access the AI Assistant by clicking the new icon at the right side of the top header, as shown below.

The AI Assistant provides a simple interface for asking questions, as shown in the following figure.

The AI Assistant provides an answer to the question, followed by one or more links to related documentation on docs.tealium.com.

Ask a question

To get help from the AI Assistant, enter your question in the text box at the bottom of the screen. The question and the results are displayed.

The following example shows the results of asking “How do I create a new attribute?”. The highlighted line of text after the response is a link to the Edit an attribute document.
