The Early Access program lets you experience our latest products and features prior to their official platform release. Your active participation in the Early Access program plays a pivotal role in shaping and refining our offerings to align with your specific requirements and preferences.

How to join the Early Access program
Participating in the Early Access program is easy. Follow these steps to get started:
- Check eligibility: Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria specified for the Early Access program, which may include using a particular product or service, volume, or product settings.
- Contact us: Contact your Customer Success Manager to let them know you want to join the program.
- Agree to terms: Review and accept the Tealium terms and conditions to participate in an Early Access program, which may include confidentiality agreements and participation guidelines. Your Customer Success Manager can guide you through this process.
- Receive access: After your participation is approved, you will receive access to the Early Access products or features, which may also include access to relevant resources and early documentation.
Expectations and responsibilities
To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership in the Early Access program, it’s important to understand your role and responsibilities:
- Testing: Actively use the early access products or features in your real-world scenarios.
- Feedback: Share your thoughts, suggestions, and any issues you encounter.
- Confidentiality: Respect any confidentiality agreements in place and do not share information about the Early Access program products or features with unauthorized individuals or organizations.
- Timeliness: Provide feedback within the specified deadlines to help us make timely improvements.
Feedback
When you use an Early Access feature, you agree to provide feedback to Tealium about that feature. Your feedback is important for shaping our products and services. Here’s how you can effectively provide feedback:
- Be specific: Clearly communicate your experiences, positive and negative, with the Early Access products or features.
- Use provided channels: Use the designated feedback channels, such as surveys or forums, to share your input. You can also send feedback directly to your Customer Success Manager.
- Include context: Describe the context in which you used the product or feature and any challenges you faced.
- Offer suggestions: If you have ideas for improvement, share them constructively.
Things to know
Early Access features are a work in progress, and not equivalent to production functionality. Because of this, Early Access features are not subject to the Tealium Master Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement.
Early Access features come with the following limitations:
- Early Access features may not always be made available to an entire account.
- Early Access features may not be promoted to General Availability.
- Early Access features may evolve or change significantly based on feedback.
- Tealium reserves the right to remove a user or account from the Early Access program.
- Tealium may impose usage limitations on Early Access features.
