Reply.ai Connector Setup Guide

This article describes how to set up the Reply.ai connector.

Connector actions

Add or Update Contact

Configure settings

Navigate to the Connector Marketplace and add a new connector. For general instructions on how to add a connector, see the About Connectors article.

After adding the connector, configure the following settings:

  • API Token
    • Your Reply.ai API Token found in your account.

Action settings - parameters and options

Click Next or go to the Actions tab. This is where you configure connector actions.

This section describes how to set up parameters and options for each action.

Action - Add or Update Contact

Parameters

Parameter Description
URN
  • A Uniform Resource Name (URN) you want associated with the new contact (Optional), or
  • The URN of the contact you want updated (required).
Name
  • The name of the contact.
Contact UUID
  • Optional.
  • The Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the contact to update, in string format.
  • If not present, a new contact will be created.
  • For more information, see: https://www.reply.ai/api/v1/contacts.
Language
  • Optional.
  • The preferred language for the contact, in 3-letter ISO format.
Group UUID
  • The UUID of any groups this contact is part of.
Fields
  • The contact fields you want to set or update on this contact.
