AudienceStore data guide
This article is a summary of the visitor-level attributes that are made available through AudienceStore.
AudienceStore provides the most efficient way for collecting and exporting visitor-level data from AudienceStream. Visitor data is compressed into a flattened JSON file and made available for download from Tealium’s Amazon S3 bucket. Each file contains multiple JSON objects representing each visitor record in the audience.

Visitor record creation
Visitor records are created after a session ends. It takes about an hour for the records to appear in DataAccess. -
Visitor record updates
When a visitor revisits a site, the visitor record is updated at the end of the session. If visitor stitching is initiated for a visitor record, the existing profile is temporarily deleted and the stitched profile is re-inserted. -
Visitor record deletions
Visitor records are deleted based on the retention period specified in your contract. Visitor records that have not been updated within the retention period are deleted and cannot be recovered. For example, for a retention period of 30 days, all visitor records that have not been updated in the previous 30 days are deleted.
Data sent to AudienceStore
The AudienceStore connector, which sends visitor data to AudienceStore, has a Send Visitor Data action, which is used to send visitor record data. If the Include Current Visit Data option is selected for this action, the events array in the current_visit object only includes event attributes that are also defined in AudienceStream (as an attribute or an enrichment).
